Section 24(2)(i) in Chhattisgarh State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 2016

(i)The Chairman shall be entitled to 15 days summer vacation and one week winter vacation in one calendar year, during the vacation period as may be notified by the High Court as its vacation period, in addition to the usual earned leave admissible to him under the rules. The Chairman shall give intimation to the Government of the period during which he would avail vacation.
