Section 14(2) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(2)For the purposes of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 [and any other law for the time being in force] [Inserted by Haryana Act No. 26 of 1984 assented on 22.11.1984 published on 4.12.1984.] the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall be deemed to be a local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].]
