The amount of pension or gratuity, that may be granted, will be determined by the length of qualifying service vide rule 20. Fraction of a year less than ½ will not be taken into account in the calculation of pension or gratuity under these rules. Pension shall be calculated to the nearest multiple of 5 naye paise.
