This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner – wife for transfer of Case No.423/13 titled “Laxmi Narayan Pandey Vs. Smt. Rajpati Devi @ Rajni” from the Family Court (C.D.) Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh to the court of competent jurisdiction at Aurangabad, Bihar.

Despite service of notice, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of this case, particularly the fact that the petitioner has two children of 13 years and 10 years and she, being a resident of Aurangabad, Bihar, would be put to considerable inconvenience in prosecuting the matter at Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, we think it appropriate to transfer Case No.423/13 titled “Laxmi Narayan Pandey Vs. Smt. Rajpati Devi @ Rajni” from the Family Court (C.D.) Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh to the court of competent jurisdiction at Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by SANJAY KUMAR Date: 2016.08.09 Aurangabad, Bihar.

Reason:  -: 2 :- Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed.
