Section 415(1) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(1)If after personal inspection the Municipal Commissioner is at any time of opinion -(a)that any place of public worship is or is likely to become injurious to health by reason of the state of the vaults or graves within the walls of or underneath the same, or in any churchyard or burial ground adjacent thereto, or(b)that any other place used for the disposal of the dead is or is likely to become injurious to public health, he may submit his considered opinion with the reasons therefor to the Corporation, and the Corporation shall forward the same with its opinion, for the consideration of the State Government.
