Section 10(2)(c) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016

(c)The representatives of private schools and parents may resign from the office in writing addressed to the Government and on such resignation being accepted, his office shall become vacant and may be filled in within a period of three month from the date of occurrence of vacancy.
