Section 2(2)(a) in The Punjab Minor Canals Act, 1905

(a)include any canal under either Schedule I or Schedule II, as the case may be, or transfer a canal from one Schedule to the other Schedule, or such of the said provisions as the [State Government may direct, shall apply to such canal] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.]; or
