65. [Executive Councillors,] [Words substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] officers and employees to be public servants. -
[The Chief Executive Councillor and the Vice-Chairman, who are the members of the Council, and the other Executive Councillors] [Words substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] and the officers and other employees of the General Council shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
