Section 16(2)(b) in The Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017

(b)When a member remains absent for three consecutive meetings without permission, the Chairperson shall issue a show cause notice to such member asking him to explain within two weeks, the reasons for his absence in the meetings. If such member submits satisfactory explanation or reasons for his absence, he may be continued as a member with the warning.
