Section 5(1) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(1)For the purpose of elections under clause (a) of section 21 of the Act, Part-A of the register of Dentists prepared under section 31 of the Act, as amended by the decision of the Appellate Authority and as is stands on the day, which shall be 30 days before the date fixed under clause (a) of Rule 7 shall constitute the electoral roll.
