Section 61(1) in Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained this Act, the powers, rights and functions of the Regional Electricity Authority, the Central Electricity Authority, the Central Government, the Central Commission and authorities other than the State Electricity Board and the State Government under the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 (Central Act No. 9 of 1910) or the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (Central Act No. 54 of 1948) or rules framed thereunder shall remain unaffected and shall continue to be in force.
