Section 13(1) in Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Adhiniyam, 2004
(1)Kulpati shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and his emoluments and other and conditions of service or attains the age of, 70 years which ever is earlier shall be prescribed by the Statute.
