Section 48(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)If the poll at any polling station is adjourned under rule 47 provisions of rule 52 to 54 shall as for as practicable apply as if the poll as closed at the hour fixed in that behalf under rule 23 (1)(d).
