- The Registrar shall be the custodian of the records and of the common seal of the University on behalf of the Syndicate. He shall act as the Secretary of the Senate, the Syndicate and the Academic Council. He shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Ordinances or required, from time to time, by the Syndicate or by the Vice-Chancellor.
