Section 15(2)(v) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020

(v)The Government may, by Order published in the Gazette, remove any member other than the Associate Dean, from office, without assigning any reason therefore and such removal shall not be called in question in any court or tribunal.
