Section 108(1) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(1)Every committee member, officer, employee, board member, past or present of a committee or any other person shall, without prejudice to any action taken against him under any law for the time being in force, for the offences specified under section 07(2) shall be subject to punishment as provided under column (2) of section 108 (2).
