Section 42 in The MIT Art, Design and Technology University Act, 2015
42. University to follow rules, regulations, norms, etc. of regulating bodies.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University University to shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies and provide all such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
