Section 184 in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
184. Amendment of section 416.- In section 416 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1), the words" managing agent, secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted;
(b)in sub- section (3), in clause (b), for the words" two hundred rupees", the words" two thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
