(n)he joined in the application for the registration of, or was a member of the Committee of Management of a co-operative society which was subsequently wound up by the Registrar under clause (a) of sub-section(2) of Section 72 on the ground that the registration of the society was obtained by fraud, such as order of the Registrar not having been reversed in appeal;
