Section 6(1) in Rajasthan Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2016
(1)The local authority shall provide adequate space for office to the Town Vending Committee for the purpose of performing its functions under the Act and such officers and Staff as the State Government may determine by general or special orders from time to time.
