Section 18(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)The holder of a mining lease shall pay royalty in advance in respect of any mineral to be removed by him from the leased area at the rates specified in the Second Schedule in respect of that minor mineral.
