Section 129(6) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(6)Every officer of the Corporation shall be whole time officer of the Corporation, and no such officer shall undertake any work unconnected with his office without the permission of the Commissioner :Provided that the order of the Commissioner granting such permission shall be placed before the next meeting of the Corporation.
