Section 10(3) in Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Rules, 2018
(3)Every sale of saffron either by a dealer or by a firm or stockiest, distributor to a retailer or to a bulk consumer shall be entered in a register in Form-VI and a monthly return of all sales to the consumers shall be intimated to the Registration Authority in Form-VII within 15 days from the closing of the month.
