This writ petition has been filed, interalia, for the following relief:
" (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the date for election of U.P. Medical and Health Public Health Ministerial Association , Branch Varanasi within stipulated period."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner may approach the concerned authority by filing an application and if any such application is filed, the authority concerned will look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
