Section 20 in The U.P. Recognised Basic Schools (Junior High Schools) (Recruitment And Conditions Of Service Of Ministerial Staff And Group 'D' Employees) Rules, 1984
20. Superannuation. -
Every clerk or Group 'D' employee of a recognised school shall retire on the date on which he attains the age of sixty years, respectively or if such date falls in the middle of the month, on the last date of the month.
