1. Learned senior counsel appearing for the intervener prays for some time to address arguments on the application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC filed by the Petitioner seeking to amend the Petition.

proceedings and prays that enforcement of the award be stayed.

Learned counsel appearing for the intervener refers to the order of the Supreme Court dated 04.11.2020 in SLP (Civil) 28434/2018 and submits that there is already a direction by the Supreme Court keeping the said award in abeyance till this Court decides the application for stay under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. At request, re-notify on 06.05.2022 at 2.30 P.M. Parties shall file a brief note of submissions, if not already filed.
