Section 3 in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
3. Establishment of School.
(1)There shall be established in the State, a University by the name "The Tamil Nadu National Law School".(2)The School shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire and hold property, to contract and shall by the said name, sue and be sued.(3)The headquarters of the School shall be at Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.
