UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. Vide order dated 06.04.2021, SLP(C)No.5653/2021 was dismissed both on the ground of delay and merit with a cost of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) which was directed to be deposited by the petitioner with the Supreme Court Legal Services Signature Not Verified Committee within a period of four weeks.

He has also filed an application for condonation of delay of 131 days.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and carefully perusing the averments made in these applications, the delay in filing the cost is condoned and the Registry is directed to accept the above-mentioned cost.
