Section 156(1) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)The stability of a double decked public service vehicle shall be such that, when loaded with weight of sixty kilograms corresponding to a person placed in the correct relative positions to represent the driver and conductor, if carried and a full complement of passengers on the upper deck only, if the surface on which the vehicle stands were tilted to cither side to an angle of twenty-eight degrees from the horizontal, the point at which overturning occurs would not be reached.
