1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions states that though the award is already made for acquiring the land of the Petitioner as so far back as on 04/07/2016, the Petitioners have not been granted compensation together with benefits including interest at the rate of 9% as per section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act. Statement is accepted.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 waives service. Issue notice to Respondent Nos.3 and 4 returnable on 08/07/2022.
3. Hamdust permitted so far as Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are concerned. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is 7/7 18-WP-7366-22-&-Ors.odt permitted to serve Respondent Nos.3 and 5 by private notice. It is made clear that the Court will make an endeavour to dispose off the Writ Petitions finally at the admission stage, subject to time constraint.
4. Place the matters high on board on 08/07/2022.
