Section 14(2) in The Bihar Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Act, 1973

(2)The provisions of Sections 102 and 103 of the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898)] [Now Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974)] relating to search and seizure shall so far as may be, apply to search and seizure under this Section.
