Section 2(j) in The M.P. Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968
(j)the words and expressions used herein and which are defined in the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860), the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898] [See now the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974).] (V of 1898), and the Police Act, 1861 (V of 1861), and not hereinafter defined, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in those enactments.
