Heard Shri A.P. Kalmegh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.P. Deshpande, learned Addl.G.P. for respondent no.1.
2. Admittedly caste claim of petitioner is pending. In this situation, request of learned Addl.G.P. to grant reasonable time to the committee to decide the caste claim, is granted. 3 We accordingly direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of petitioner within a period of one year from today. Writ Petition is thus, partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
