Section 7(1) in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Unculturable Waste Land For Development of Private Forest) Rules, 1986
(1)Upon the issue of a public notice under rule 6, any person may submit an application in writing to the Sub Divisional Officer concerned for allotment of land under these rules, in Form III.
