Section 21(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969
(1)All sums paid into the Fund under these rules shall be credited in the books of the Board to an account named as "The Municipal Board (name of the Board) Contributory Provident Fund Account."
