22. Other Committees.
(1)The Board may in the manner prescribed by bye-laws, appoint such other Committees consisting of the members of the Board as it may think necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act or the rules or regulations.(2)The number of members and the duties and functions of such Committees shall be such as may be determined by the Board.
