Section 266(d) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(d)the record of the medical examination referred to in sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of every building worker employed by him is maintained in a register in Form-XXX and such register shall be made available to the inspector having jurisdiction, on demand.
