Section 4(2)(i) in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016

(i)any student of any institution or college associated with, or admitted to, any other university before the said date, who was studying for any degree or diploma examination of that university, shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation thereof and University shall hold for such students examinations in accordance with the curricula of study in force in that university for such period as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations;
