Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(1)Every Ex-member shall have a medical diary, which shall contain his particulars with a joint photograph of self and spouse in Form-1.
