Since the petitioner has been unable to remain present on video conferencing, we have gone through the records and perused the prayers which have been advanced before the Court.

The petitioner has challenged an order passed by the Chief Information Commissioner under the Right to Information Signature Not Verified Act on 17 May 2019. The petitioner has an efficacious and Digitally signed by alternate remedy of challenging the order of Chief CHETAN KUMAR Date: 2020.05.19 16:52:03 IST Reason:

WP(C) 864/2019 2 Information Commissioner in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution before the appropriate High Court. The petitioner is at liberty to do so.
We clarify that in the above view of the matter, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the grievance, which the petitioner is at liberty to pursue before the appropriate High Court.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
