Section 15(1) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(1)The Metropolitan Development Authority or the Government, as the case may be, may make such modifications to the Metropolitan Development and Investment Plans as it may thinks fit and which in its opinion are necessary.
