Section 6(5) in The Great Eastern Hotel (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1980
(5)The members referred to in [sub-section (1)] [Word, brackets and figure substituted for the word, brackets and figure 'sub-section (3)' by W.B. Act 11 of 1981.] shall hold office for a term of two years computed from the date of their appointment by the State Government and shall receive such fees for attending the meetings of the Hotel Authority or any committee thereof as may be prescribed.
