Section 5 in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
5. Salary and allowances of the President of the Council. -
The President shall receive such salary and allowances, if any, from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education Fund as the State Government may determine.
