Section 281(2) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment relating to public conveyance for the time being in force, no owner or driver or person in charge of a public conveyance shall be bound to carry any person suffering as aforesaid or any such dead body in such conveyance, unless payment or lender of sufficient compensation for the loss and expenses he must incur in disinfecting such conveyance is made to him.
