JUDGMENT
A.K.Basheer, J.
Learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the apex Court has already admitted the Special Leave Petition and granted stay of operation of the judgment in the connected cases and as against the judgment in W.P.(C) No.6419 of 2009 non-compliance of which is alleged in this contempt case also a Special Leave Petition has already been filed and notice has been ordered by the apex Court.
In view of the above submission, this contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again if situation so warrants.
