WHEREAS the petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the
Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case, through their counsel Sri G V
SHIVAJI, praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein, for their
willful violation of the orders dated 28.09.2020 passed by this Court in IA No. 1
of 2020 in WP No. 17441 of 2020, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day
and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, the
earlier orders of the High Court dt. 26.02.2021 made herein and upon hearing
the arguments of Sri G.V. SHIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioners and Sri N.
Aswartha Narayana, Advocate for respondent No.1 and Sri C. Sumon, learned
counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 , made the following

ORDER:

"Heard Sri G. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 3 and Sri C. Sumon, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 present before this Court in compliance of the notice issued by this Court in Form-l. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsels, on examination of the respondents by this Court and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court prima facie is of the opinion that the respondents have committed willful and deliberate violation of the orders of this Court passed on 28.09.2020 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.17441 of 2020.
