Section 7(3) in The Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1925
(3)If default is made in handing over any register or making any report as required by this section, the lessor or the lessee, as the case may be, [shall, on conviction, be punishable] [Substituted by Rajasthan 10 of 1957 for the words 'shall be punished'.] with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
