Section 49(1) in The M.P. Industrial Relations Act, 1960
(1)Any employer and a Representative Union or where there is no Representative Union a representative of employees may, by a written agreement, agree to submit any present or future industrial dispute or any class or classes of such industrial dispute to the arbitration of a Labour Court, the Industrial Court, a Board or any other person, or to arbitration without any arbitrator being named therein.
