280. Transfer of cases by Collector or Assistant Collector
. - A Collector, with tire previous sanction of the Commissioner, or an Assistant Collector in-charge of a sub-division with the previous sanction of the Collector, may transfer any case or class of cases pending before himself, to any subordinate Court competent to deal therewith.
