Section 8(1) in The West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997
(1)The manner and scope of selection of persons for appointment to the [post of Teachers and non-teaching staff] [Words Substituted for the words 'posts of Teacher' by W.B. Act 31 of 2008.] shall be such as may be prescribed.
